Country Villa is a private villa unit in a quiet lakeside compound in Kajang, looking straight out over the water. The white villa blocks sit along a landscaped bank with mature trees behind them and an arched bridge across the lake — mornings start with mist on the water, and evenings end on the balcony as the light goes gold.

It is a real home, not a hotel room — a full kitchen, a proper living room, room for the children to spread out, and a host who lives nearby and answers the phone. Guests come here for the quiet: no through-traffic, no crowds, and nothing between you and the lake but grass.

Because it sits between UPM, Kajang and Bangi, it works equally well for a family weekend, a UPM or UKM convocation, a hospital visit, or a project team that needs somewhere calm to work.

How far is Country Villa from UPM, Kajang and Bangi?

Country Villa is about 12 minutes' drive from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), 10 minutes from Kajang town and the MRT station, and around 15 minutes from Bandar Baru Bangi and UKM. It is one of the closest lake view homestays to all three.

Is the whole villa mine, or do I share it?

The whole unit is yours for the length of your stay. There are no shared rooms and no other guests inside your villa — that is the main reason people choose us over a hotel or a room-share.

Is it really quiet?

Yes. The villa sits in a low-density lakeside compound with no through-traffic and no commercial premises or nightlife nearby. Most guests tell us the loudest thing they hear is the birds in the morning. We do not accept party bookings, precisely so it stays that way.

How many people can stay?

Comfortably 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, and up to 8 with the extra mattresses. Tell us your group size when you enquire and we will confirm the sleeping arrangement.

How do I book? Do I need an account?

No account, no sign-up and no online payment on this website. Send a WhatsApp message or an email with your dates, and we will confirm availability and the total price directly. Payment is arranged between you and the owner.

Is the homestay Muslim-friendly?

Yes. Prayer mats and the qiblat direction are provided, the kitchen is pork-free and alcohol-free, and there are surau and halal eateries a few minutes away in Kajang and Bangi.

The property is for sale — can I still book a stay?

Yes. The homestay continues to operate normally while the property is on the market. Existing bookings are always honoured, and viewings are only ever scheduled around guest stays, never during them.

Can I buy the villa with the homestay business running?

Yes. The unit can be sold furnished and operational, so you can keep taking bookings from day one. We are happy to walk a serious buyer through past occupancy, running costs and the guest enquiry channels.
